Description/Notes: | As the HR Director, you will lead the strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs that empower our professional and auxiliary staff. From staffing and benefits administration to employee relations and recruiting, you'll ensure our team is supported, motivated, and set up for success. This position plays a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with the district’s core values and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement recruitment, retention, and onboarding strategies. • Manage wage, salary, and benefits administration to attract and retain top talent. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. • Foster a positive employee relations environment through proactive communication, grievance management, and recognition programs. • Oversee personnel records management and prepare presentations on HR issues for various stakeholders. • Administer the human resources budget and maintain cost-effective operations. |
Qualifications: | Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or public school administration, with at least 10 years of supervisory experience. Skills: • Expertise in recruitment, training, and supervision of personnel. • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employment law. • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and office software. |
Salary Range: | Commensurate with experience. |
