| Description/Notes: | FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEARÂ - Provide instruction support and professional learning opportunities for teachers in grades 3-5 to strengthen instructional practices and improve student achievement through modeling, co-teaching, feedback cycles, and planning. Collaborate with teachers to develop a deep understanding of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), and plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction, and use evidence of student learning to inform instructional decisions. Build trusting professional relationships that foster collaboration, reflection, and continuous growth in teaching and learning. |
