Description/Notes: Provide targeted coaching, data analysis, and instructional support to classroom teachers to ensure the continuous development of high-yield teaching skills. Serve as the campus-level expert in curriculum implementation, evidence-based practices, and professional learning communities to drive student achievement. Additionally, serve as the Campus Testing Coordinator (CTC): Manage security, compliance, and administration for state (STAAR/EOC, TELPAS), national (AP, SAT/ACT), and local (MAP) exams, as well as TIA student growth tracking.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
*Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
*Valid Texas teaching certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills:
*Knowledge of curriculum implementation and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
*Working knowledge of high-yield instructional strategies and classroom management
*Mastery-level ability to interpret student data (including STAAR/EOC and NWEA MAP growth metrics) and evaluate teaching effectiveness
*Ability to plan, schedule, and execute large-scale, complex high school testing logistics (including online test platforms like TestNav/Cambium and NWEA MAP)
*Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training to adult learners (instructional, data analysis, and test security)
*Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:
*Minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience
*Previous experience coordinating or assisting with campus-level standardized testing administrations and diagnostic data tracking is preferred
