| Qualifications: | Required Education/Certification: Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications: Option 1 – Certification Path ● Hold a valid Texas teaching certificate appropriate for the assignment and/or ● Hold or be eligible for an approved Career and Technical Education (CTE) certification in an engineering, technology, or related field Option 2 – Industry Experience Path ● Have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable full-time work experience in the field of engineering or a closely related technical/industry field Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check Relevant Industry Background May Include: Engineering Mechanical Design Civil Design Architectural Drafting Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Design CAD / Technical Drafting Engineering Technology Product Design Construction Design Robotics / Mechatronics Related technical engineering fields |
