| Description/Notes: | Direct and manage overall campus operations. Responsible for leadership of the campus instructional program ensuring high standards of instruction and student achievement, compliance with district policies, application of instructional programs, and effective operation of all campus activities. To provide leadership, supervision, and administrative skills in order to promote the educational development of each student in a technology-rich, student-centered learning environment. To cultivate culture for all stakeholders through meaningful communication, programming, and leadership accessibility. Must be willing to continue the following successful practices/programs established at the elementary campus, including but not limited to: Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) School theme: “Make Bold Moves” Ron Clark strategies/inspiration 30-30-30 Reading Rotations Sharon Wells Math Rachel’s Challenge (“Lollipop Moments”) A master schedule provided at least the first year Scheduled PLCs during the school day 5-Day STAAR Review plan Circle assessments/interventions TPRI Closed campus High-Frequency Words (HFW) and Math Facts focus |
| Qualifications: | Master’s Degree from an accredited university in educational administration or curriculum and instruction Current Texas Principal Certification Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser |
| Salary Range: | Commensurate with experience and comparable to other schools of similar size and makeup. |
