| Description/Notes: | Frost ISD is a 2A school district with a supportive community and School Board, between Hillsboro and Corsicana. The district recently passed a construction bond with nearly 75% community support. Although the candidate will not be required to live in district, the secondary principal should be accessible and committed to visible leadership. The Secondary Principal (Grades 7–12) provides leadership, supervision, and direction for all instructional and operational aspects of the campus. This role is responsible for fostering a positive school culture, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, supporting student achievement, managing staff, maintaining discipline, and overseeing daily campus operations. The principal works collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and the community to create a safe, supportive, and academically rigorous environment aligned with district goals and state standards. |
| Qualifications: | Assistant Principal experience preferred, particularly at the secondary (Grades 7–12) level. Valid Texas Principal certification required, or eligibility for certification in Texas with a commitment to obtain within a specified timeframe. |
