| Description/Notes: | Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our High School and Jr. High School as a Principal. This full-time position involves overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the school, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the success of all students. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to educational excellence, and a passion for student development. Responsibilities - Provide visionary leadership to the school community, promoting a culture of academic achievement and personal growth. - Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Manage the daily operations of the school, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive school environment. - Monitor and assess student performance, utilizing data to drive instructional improvements and interventions. - Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations and educational institutions. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and policies. - Lead professional development initiatives for faculty and staff to enhance teaching practices. - Address student discipline issues in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a safe and respectful school climate. - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding school programs, policies, and student progress. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements - Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field. - Valid administrative certification or licensure. - Three years of experience or more preferred. - Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student assessment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance learning and administrative processes |
