| Description/Notes: | JOB SUMMARY The Executive Director of Support plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating critical central office functions such that the support schools receive is seamless and efficient. This senior leadership position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and support the overall mission of HISD and the acceleration of individual schools. The Executive Director will continually collaborate with stakeholders, including district leadership, principals, teachers, and support staff, to promote enhanced student outcomes across their entire Division of schools. |
| Qualifications: | EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree in education administration, business administration preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE 5+ years Extensive experience in senior leadership positions within a school system or educational organization. |
| Salary Range: | $170,000 - $195,000 |
