| Qualifications: | Special Knowledge/Skills *Extensive knowledge of payroll systems, Skyward, and business process workflows *Strong proficiency in advanced spreadsheet development and financial data analysis *Knowledge of budgeting, accounting systems, and payroll processing requirements *Knowledge of the Texas Education Financial Accountability System Resource Guide and extensive knowledge of fund accounting *Knowledge of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas *Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to support decision-making *Ability to implement policies, procedures, and internal controls *Experience in troubleshooting system errors and optimizing financial software performance *Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: *3 years of experience in payroll operations, school business, or public organization *Experience supporting or managing Skyward or payroll software |
