| Description/Notes: | We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary Special Education Inclusion Teacher to join our team. This position is responsible for providing instructional and behavioral support to students with disabilities in the general education classroom. The Inclusion Teacher collaborates closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure that all students receive access to the curriculum in a supportive, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction and support services within general education settings Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines Monitor and document student progress and adjust instruction as needed Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify lessons and provide accommodations Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, administrators, and team members Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all learners |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred) Valid [state] teaching certificate in Special Education (EC–6 or EC–12) Strong knowledge of instructional strategies for diverse learners Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills |
