Description/Notes: As a Senior Consultant, you will work with the Division Director for TASB Executive Search Services (ESS) to conduct superintendent and other key administrator searches in Texas school districts. This is a Texas-based remote position requiring selected candidate to live within the Central, Rio Grande, Gulf Coast, and Eastern parts of Texas.
Qualifications: Education and Experience:

Master’s degree
Texas school district central office administrative experience: experience as a Texas school superintendent preferred.
Experience working with school boards.
Human resource office experience or documented experience recruiting employees.
Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of boards and superintendents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work effectively with office software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Practical knowledge of the Texas Open Meeting Act.
Possess a working knowledge of school budgeting procedures.
Effective writing and speaking skills.
Ability to travel and stay overnight to make presentations to school boards throughout Texas.
Salary Range: $82,000-$131,000
