Description/Notes: | Primary Purpose: A HRIS Analyst is an expert in human resources management systems. They collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes, improve performance metrics, as well as suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department. |
Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Experience: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Major course work in Human Resources Management, MIS (Information systems), or a related field is required. Five (5) years of full-time, wage earning experience in a HRIS or MIS role with progressive responsibility. Experience with PowerSchool, School Spring, Ascender and reporting modules preferred. Each year of experience in excess of the required five years may be substituted for thirty (30) semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year for year basis. This position requires personal technology that will enable the completion of job duties and responsibilities when working remotely. Special Knowledge/Skills: Experience managing HRIS changes/implementations to support the district. Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff. Skill to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and effectively. Skill to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in the use of human resources related software applications. Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook. |
Salary Range: | $67,464 yearly |
