Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS • Texas Principal Certificate or other appropriate Mid-Management Certificate • Certified T-TESS appraiser • ILD certification • Able to provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. • Direct the implementation of district policies and instructional programs and manage the operation of all campus activities. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction • Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness • Ability to coordinate campus functions • Ability to interpret data • Strong communications, public relations, and interpersonal skills MINIMUM EXPERIENCE • Five years’ experience as a classroom teacher • Experience as an Assistant Principal preferred • Experience in small district preferred |
Salary Range: | Dependent on experience Starting date: June 2, 2025 |
