| Description/Notes: | Provide leadership for talent acquisition and management to ensure high quality staffing and retention of district personnel with pre-and post-hire activities. Recommend and implement legally sound and effective human capital management programs, policies, and practices. Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs to include certifications/licenses, professional and auxiliary staffing, wage and salary administration, leave administration, performance appraisals, employee relations, insurance and benefits. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Master’s degree in human resources, education and/or business administration, or equivalent Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of the selection, training, and supervision of personnel Knowledge of wage and salary, benefits, and performance appraisals Knowledge of school employment law, personnel law, and hearing procedures Ability to implement policies and procedures Ability to analyze and interpret data and statistics Ability to manage budget and personnel Strong communication, public relations, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills Experience: Five years successful administrative experience in human resources/talent acquisition or public schools. |
| Salary Range: | $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 |
