| Description/Notes: | Supervise the districts Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS) district-wide program to ensure provision and continuous improvement of needed services and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local requirements. Comprehensively lead all aspects of Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention programming for the District. The Executive Director of MTSS does this by developing and leading a high performing team of who provide services that accelerate student learning. This role requires setting standards for excellent intervention delivery, data analysis and comprehensive student problem solving. Irving ISD is committed to executing healthy, robust student support systems and the Executive Director of MTSS is critical to establishing a strategy for intervention, training and supporting staff in execution of interventions, and leading processes to identify students with disabilities. |
