| Description/Notes: | Support the mission and strategic goals of Clear Creek ISD by providing leadership and expertise in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the districts curriculum and instruction, assessment and professional learning program in the area of integrating robotics, coding, and computational thinking across-the-curriculum. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Licensure Masters degree in educational administration or content area Holds or is eligible for a Texas teaching certificate Holds or is eligible for a Texas mid-management certification (preferred) T-TESS appraiser (preferred) Special Knowledge/Skills Strong working knowledge of robotics, coding, and/or computational thinking Strongly self-directed Effective organizational, communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate district functions Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Demonstration of instructional leadership Technology skills to ensure integration of technology in teaching Experience Minimum of 5 years experience as a classroom teacher Supervisory experience or coordination of district level programming (preferred) Instructional and/or supervisory experience with coding, robotics, and/or computational thinking (preferred) |
