| Description/Notes: | Responsible for leading the human resources department in overall management of the district’s human resources function and finding innovative ways to recruit and retain exceptional team members. Implement legally sound and effective human resources management programs, policies, and practices. Support the recruitment and retention of human talent in the district. Support district leadership in planning and implementation of human resources and talent programs, including: staffing, creative compensation, performance appraisal, employee engagement, and recruitment and retention of qualified and talented team members. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree Master’s degree Valid Teacher Certification Valid Administrator Certification 2 years teaching experience 5 years supervisory experience (Assistant Director, Director, Assistant Principal, Principal) in Texas public schools; can be a combined 5 years |
| Salary Range: | $95,000-$119,000 *Based on Experience |
