| Description/Notes: | The Chief Human Capital Officer is responsible for the overall management and direction of the human capital (HC) function and ensures that it is recognized as a trusted strategic partner who creates value across the district. This position partners closely with district leadership to provide strategic planning, direction and support, acting as a key liaison on all strategic HC initiatives, programs, and processes. Leads change, growth, and transformation of HC to align with and in support of District objectives and focusing on organizational effectiveness with strong people skills, business acumen, strategic insight and in-depth experience in the HC functional areas. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years equivalent experience. 3+ years of professional experience related to a human resource and/or talent management function or related experience. Progressive leadership experience to include: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, and Managing employees or teams. Coaching, Mentoring, Developing, and Performance Managing employees or teams. 3+ years’ experience leading a multifunctional team encompassing human resources and/or talent management related functions. Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check. Non-refundable fee (approximately $50.00) paid by the applicant |
| Salary Range: | Salary Range: $132,772 - $187,445. Salary is determined on directly related experience supported by a service record or experience affidavit. For more information on our pay policy, please refer to the Compensation Resource Manual. Annualized pay may be pro-rated based on actual start date. |
