| Description/Notes: | The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative officer of the Region 2 Education Service Center within the framework of the philosophy and objectives established by Board policy, consistent with statutes and standards of regulatory agencies, and in accordance with administrative regulations and procedures. The Executive Director provides leadership and direction to staff in order to meet the needs of Region 2. The Executive Director promotes the development and delivery of quality services that promote increased student performance in Region 2, increase efficiency, economy and effectiveness in school operations, and support the implementation of statewide initiatives that serve the educational community. |
| Qualifications: | • Doctorate Degree Preferred • School Superintendent Experience (Min 5 Years) and at Cabinet Level (5 years) • School Principal Experience • Experience in Public or Charter Educational Organization. |
