| Description/Notes: | Provide direct leadership to each school assigned in order to meet the instructional goals of Hays CISD and to ensure the integrity of the vision of this school district. Responsible for vertical team alignment including elementary and secondary schools for assigned area. Responsible for supervising principals and the successful implementation of district curriculum. Responsible for student achievement. Assist schools in operational performance, including addressing staff, parent, and student issues. |
| Qualifications: | Master's degree in educational administration or a field appropriate to the assignment required. Minimum three years teaching experience Minimum five years campus principal experience and/or district level leadership at the Director level or above Mid-Management, Principal, or Superintendent Certification required. |
| Salary Range: | $109,813 - $ 158,103 / Annually |
