| Description/Notes: | Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Executive Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of all secondary curriculum, instruction, and academic programming across the district. This leader will drive a student-centered, results-oriented culture, oversee the supervision and development of campus principals, and serve as a key member of the district's executive leadership team. From data-driven decision-making to community engagement, the Executive Director is the academic heartbeat of our district. |
| Qualifications: | The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of how effective schools operate, a proven track record of improving student achievement, and the leadership presence to inspire and develop those around them. You should be someone who is equally comfortable analyzing assessment data, mentoring a developing principal, and presenting to the Board of Trustees. Required qualifications include a Master's degree in education administration, Mid-Management or Principal certification, T-PESS certification, AEL or ILD certification, and a minimum of five years of successful administrative experience at the campus or district level. Superintendent's certification is preferred. |
