| Description/Notes: | Provide overall leadership and direction for the development, planning, implementation, policy and evaluation of the District’s early education and Preschool Program for Students with Disabilities (PPCD). Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Licensure Master’s degree from an accredited college or university Texas mid-management/principal or other appropriate Texas certification Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS) appraiser certification T-TESS appraisal certification Special Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of curriculum and instruction – PreK standards Knowledge of special education laws to maintain district-wide compliance Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate district function Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and systematically problem solve Experience Minimum of 3-5 years supervising Early Childhood, Title Programs and Grant Programs Elementary leadership experience required |
