| Qualifications: | Master’s degree in school counseling or related field Valid Texas School Counselor Certification Knowledge of counseling techniques and student support services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience working with school-aged children preferred Commitment to student well-being and success |
