Description/Notes: Maintains and monitors the entry and review of pay rate screens for all new hires and transfers within the District and provides additional support during the budget. This position serves as a liaison to Human Resources and Payroll.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
Education/Certification(s):
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Three years of human resources/payroll experience with data analysis, preferably in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Special Knowledge/Skills:
• Ability to mass enter data accurately and timely
• Familiarity with school district budgeting and account code structures
• Efficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines required
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to organize data from multiple sources, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Ability to manage multiple critical deadlines simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills


Major Responsibilities & Duties:
• Enters pay rate screen details for current and future year new hires and transfers, both for main salary and additional supplemental duties.
• Regularly review and analyze pay rate screen data for accuracy and to identify potential discrepancies.
• Analyze and process pay rate changes when employees transfer or move positions mid-year to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Understand data tables and how they correspond.
• Process changes needed to pay rate screens timely, in accordance with payroll timelines.
• Provides support during data extract for budget preparation and to prepare next fiscal year’s raise scenarios for district leadership.
• Provide analysis within the Personnel Budgeting module to ensure raises were applied appropriately; stipends have been updated; resigned employees are removed; new hires and transfers are completed for next fiscal year.
• Assist payroll with rolling each cycle according to their payroll schedule for next fiscal year.
• Work with principals, office managers, athletics to ensure accuracy of extra duty stipends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Successfully advance district initiatives.

Salary Range: 68,592.13 to 94,379.95
