| Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Experience: o Master’s degree in educational administration. Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate. Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) certification. Texas Teacher and Evaluation Support System (T-TESS) certification. Three years of secondary teaching experience preferred. Two years of experience in an instructional leadership role as a secondary principal/asst. principal or equivalent in a growing progressive school district. Bilingual preferred. |
