| Description/Notes: | Direct and manage custodial services for all district facilities. Establish cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Associate’s Degree, required; Bachelor’s Degree, preferred TASBO-CTSBO Certification, preferred; required after 3 years of service Clear and valid Texas driver’s license Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of basic principles of construction, school plant maintenance, and custodial operations Knowledge of facility operations on building and grounds use and related equipment Ability to conduct on-site inspection of district facilities Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Knowledge of basic construction, routine maintenance, and repair procedures. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Bilingual required. Experience: 3 years of experience in maintenance operations |
| Salary Range: | 12 month min: $69,671.20 to mid: $87,089.00 |
