| Description/Notes: |
Primary Function: Provides comprehensive support to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resource Services in managing all district human resources operations. Assists in the strategic planning, development, and execution of HR programs encompassing professional and auxiliary staffing, compensation and classification, certification compliance, performance appraisal systems, new employee onboarding, employee relations, and recruitment and retention initiatives. Recommends, develops, and implements legally compliant and effective human resource programs, policies, and practices to support district goals and promote a positive organizational culture. |
| Qualifications: |
Education/Licenses/Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Experience in human resources and/or educational administration. Two years of progressive responsibility experience in human resources management or public school administration. Three years of supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in issues pertaining to human resource operations |

$77,612 - $111,904 / Year |
