| Qualifications: | Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED; Attend and complete the 80-hour School Marshal training from Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE); Hold a valid License to Carry, issued through DPS Pass required physical (including vision and hearing), psychological, and drug tests determined by the Chief of Police; Special Knowledge/Skills: Must possess the ability, patience, and appropriate attitude to impact safety, order and discipline by interacting with students and employees of LISD. Experience: Experience working in school-based security preferred Have a background in law enforcement or military experience |
