| Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certification: Master’s degree in Educational Administration or related field Valid Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) or Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) certification Satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check; non-refundable fee (approximately $50.00) paid by the employee Required Experience: Three (3) years’ teaching experience Three (3) years’ experience in a leadership (non-classroom) role, High school preferred |
