| Description/Notes: | Responsible for the overall management of the district’s curriculum, instruction and school leadership functions. Lead the strategic planning and implementation of curriculum and instruction programs. Ensure that the development and delivery of curriculum and instructional programs are effective and efficient, incorporate district goals, and support student achievement. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Master’s degree with valid Texas Mid-Management/Principal certificate Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated skill as instructional leader Multi-level administrative experience or supervision Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Five (5) years of successful principal experience Ten (10) years administrative experience preferred |
| Salary Range: | Calendar Days: 235 Pay Grade: P10 Salary Range Min. $184,105 Mid. $237,722 Max. $244,269 2025-2026 Salary Schedule Salary is based on working 235 days. Working less days is less salary. |
