| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, Texas Teaching Certificate in the Appropriate Certification. Must possess CDL. The successful applicant will: Have knowledge of the overall operations of an athletics program, of State and UIL policies governing athletics. Demonstrate the ability to manage budget and personnel, interpret policy, procedures, and data. Possess strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully lead, motivate, and properly prepare boys/girls athletic programs. Be a positive role model for both boys and girls. |
