| Description/Notes: | Gustine is located between Comanche and Hamilton on the North side of the Texas Hill Country. We offer a premier learning environment along with maintaining a safe and secure facility for all students and staff. Our enrollment is around 150 students PK- 12 which allows for more detailed instruction. Gustine is seeking an energetic, visionary, and student-centered leader to serve as Principal of our PK–12 district. We are in search of a self motivated individual who inspires a positive school culture aligned with our district's mission. This role requires a dynamic communicator, strong instructional leader, and a compassionate yet firm administrator who understands the value of rural education and community engagement. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Master’s degree in educational administration Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser Assistant Principal experience preferred TIA knowledge a plus |
| Salary Range: | $75,000 - $85,000 |
