| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Master’s degree preferred). Valid Texas teaching certificate. Subject area concentration in elementary reading/language arts (required). Endorsement or certification as Reading Specialist, Certified Academic Language Therapist, Multisensory Structured Language Therapist or comparable experience (preferred). Teaching certification held in multiple areas is preferred. Bilingual certification preferred. |
