Qualifications: • Must be certified in the state of Texas
• A strong knowledge of budgeting and public school finance. Chapter 41 experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong skills in educational leadership in respect to uniting staff, parents and community in the pursuit of student achievement and a positive district culture.
• Experience in overseeing maintenance, and operations of facilities, and a demonstrated good steward of taxpayer dollars.
• A strong background in student performance success, educational technology and vocational programs. Experience in maintaining strong UIL academic, fine arts, vocational, and athletic success is also preferred.
• Experience in a rural and small district is preferred.
• Integrity and exemplary moral character along with excellent people skills who leads by example.

Salary Range: Dependent on experience
