| Qualifications: | Job Requirements: ● Masters Degree in educational administration from an accredited college or university ● Valid Superintendent Certificate ● Five years of leadership in school administration in a public school district Board of Trustee Expectations for the New Superintendent: ● Experience in school leadership, preferably in Superintendent or central office role ● Reputation as an approachable leader who is visible on campuses ● Fosters creativity and innovation in the district ● Demonstrates a passion for education and learning ● Works collaboratively with the board, administrative team, and staff ● Is committed to live and be involved in this diverse, close knit community |
