| Description/Notes: | Program Purpose: This position reports to the Executive Director and will assist in building excellence throughout LEAs and the Education Service Center (ESC) by maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program requirements, changes in the laws, and educational methods of educating students with specific developmental needs for the purpose of managing an excellent Early Childhood Intervention program. |
| Qualifications: | Possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills District level experience required Knowledge of program law and federal governance Knowledge of best instructional practices Ability to interpret data and evaluate program effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Demonstrate excellence in self-motivation and strong organizational skills Exhibit prudent principles and practices of budget knowledge Possess integrity, judgement, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail Self-driven to read, interpret, and communicate information relating to technical procedures and/or governmental regulations Three (3) years of program experience Five (5) years of experience in instructional leadership roles |
