| Description/Notes: | Primary Purpose Direct and manage the district’s maintenance and custodial operations; maintain physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence; provide students with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean, attractive, and functional. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Licensure Bachelor’s degree in business, facility management, engineering, or a related field preferred High school diploma or GED required Special Knowledge/Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance/custodial best practices Working knowledge of cleaning industry work-loading and staffing standards In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations Ability to implement policy and procedures Working knowledge of applicable software applications Bilingual skills preferred Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision/management required Five (5) years of senior management experience at large organizations with significant numbers of facilities preferred Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets |
