| Qualifications: | A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. A strong major in education, administration or curriculum/instruction with a working knowledge of academic and administrative use of computers. A valid state administrator's certification preferred. A combination of at least ten (10) years of successful experience as a classroom teacher and as a supervisor. A proven ability to relate to a variety of constituencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and management ability. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Corporate Board may deem appropriate. |
