| Description/Notes: | Cuero ISD is seeking an energetic, highly qualified Director for the 2023-2024 school year. The music program has 6th - 12th grade students and great administrative support. Applicants must possess excellent classroom management skills, function as a part of the campus fine arts department with other instructors. The Director is responsible for auditioning students and ensuring that they participate successfully in UIL/TMEA contests throughout the year. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Bachelors degree from an accredited university Valid Texas Teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned. (Alternative Certification Program-attach copy of your letter of acceptance/Statement of Eligibility) Special Knowledge/Skills: General knowledge of curriculum and instruction Knowledge of state and UIL policies Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience: At least one year of student teaching or approved internship |
