| Campus Description: | Marble Falls High School is an aggressive comprehensive learning center. Our current enrollment is approximately 1194 students. We have an impressive athletic facility that will benefit not only our athletic teams but many other organizations within our district. Marble Falls High School is on a two semester traditional 8 periods a day. Our grading periods occur at the end of a nine week period. Final exams are given at the end of each semester. We offer Advanced Placement and dual credit classes. We also have a career pathway program that each student takes part in to help them choose the courses that will prepare them as they head toward graduation and beyond. | Qualifications: | Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of state and federal laws for educating students with disabilities Understanding of the individual needs of students with disabilities Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff Ability to implement policies and procedures Ability to interpret data Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience: 3 years of teaching students with disabilities and participation in ARD meetings Some campus leadership experience preferred |
