| Description/Notes: | Direct and manage technology and network services including telecommunications, audio/visual, video surveillance, and computer operations within the District’s communications and computer infrastructure. Will be responsible for project management and technical support to all District facilities and the entire networking services. Ensure security and optimal performance of the District’s wide-area and local-area networks through analysis and design of the networks and other hardware. |
| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Master’s Degree with emphasis in Computer Science or related field preferred. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/ or CISCO Certified preferred. Preferred: Experience with multiple computer operating systems; network design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair; electronic mail; software and hardware productivity; software development in various languages; develop and implement policy; support of student and financial systems. Experience: Three (3) years of experience with management and coordination/network support personnel preferred. Experience in managing budget processes and in managing personnel. Experience in developing system plans, standards and documentation. |
