Education/Experience:
Bachelor Degree (required)
Master's Degree (required)
3 years successful classroom teaching experience
3 years successful campus principal experience
Central Office with supervisory experience preferred
Education Service Center experience coaching LEA Principals/Central Office Administrators preferred

Certification:
Texas Teacher Educator's certification, required
Principals' certification , required

Special Knowledge and Skills:
Depth of knowledge in leadership coaching, strategic planning at the systems level, and leading others through influence. Work may include supporting campus administrators and district administrators through capacity-building efforts.

♦ Ensures LEAs meet the grant program requirements for the School Improvement Grant and/or the Effective Schools Framework Facilitation Grant

♦ Cultivates relationships and designs professional learning for campus leaders and District Coordinators of School Improvement (DCSIs)
♦ Ability to coach and support district and campus leaders in developing an improvement plan aligned to rigorous goals, and develops systems and structures to support the implementation of district and campus plans
♦ In-depth knowledge of campus leaders' roles as instructional leaders, including critical instructional leadership tasks such as observation/feedback cycles, data analysis, and professional development
♦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $90,759 minimum - $110,681 midpoint
