| Description/Notes: | Direct and manage overall campus operations at a Prekindergarten/Head Start campus(Early Learning Academy) in Stephenville, Texas. Supervise all teachers, teaching assistants, food preps, floaters and subs for the Head Start Campus. Site Director will be responsible for the Head Start (Prekindergarten) Campus. Responsible for leadership of the campus instructional program ensuring high standards of instruction and student achievement, compliance with federal, state and district policies, application of instructional programs, and effective operation of all campus activities. Maintain compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards including Pawnee ISD and Upbring agency policies and procedures. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelors Degree with 12 college hours in Child Development (or) Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development (or) Child Care Administrator's Certificate and 6 hours in Management Administrator/Supervisory experience at Early Childhood or Elementary Level - Required CPR/First Aid Certification preferred |
