Description/Notes: JG Consulting has engaged with the Fort Worth Independent School District to recruit qualified candidates for the position of Chief Technology Officer.

The Chief Technology Officer, under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Operations, will align Fort Worth ISD technology vision with district strategy by integrating processes with the appropriate technologies. The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. This individual maintains existing enterprise systems, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of information operations and core district values. The CTO will deliver solutions that build on our commitment to student and faculty success using a variety of technologies that serve as catalysts that enhance access and improve learning experiences and outcomes.

Fort Worth Independent School District serves approximately 73,000 students making it the 5th largest school district in Texas. Fort Worth ISD enjoys a diverse student population and strong community partnerships. Under the leadership of the superintendent and the Board of Education, the District is undergoing a series of initiatives that will redesign, transform, and revitalize Fort Worth ISD Schools. Qualifications: Education:

o Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university required;
o Master’s degree from accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business
Systems Analysis, Instructional Technology, or a relevant field preferred.

• Certification/License: Professional certification in technology preferred.
• Experience: 12 years of progressively responsible experience in technology leadership and/or administration; 8 years supervisory experience preferred
Salary Range: Minimum = $175,957

Median = $211,995

Maximum = $248,034
