| Description/Notes: | Direct and manage the instructional programs and supervise operations and personnel at the campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, the success of instructional programs, and the operation of all campus activities. The High School Principal supervises an administrative team of 2-3 Assistant Principals and 2 Counselors and a campus team of approximately 80. |
| Qualifications: | Valid Texas Principal, Mid-Management or other appropriate administrator certification; Successful middle school teaching and administrative experience preferred; Certified appraiser; Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Previous High School Principal experience preferred. |
