| Description/Notes: | Tennyson Middle School is a part of the $355 million bond election passed in November 2021. Construction will begin in January 2023 with an anticipated opening in August 2024! For bond information visit, www.wacoisd.org/bond Direct and manage the instructional program and supervise the operations and personnel at Tennyson Middle School, using in-person, distance learning, or virtual learning activities and experience. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with District policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities. |
| Qualifications: | We are seeking an experienced campus administrator to lead Tennyson Middle School into the future as we build the new campus. Three years experience as a classroom teacher and three years experience as assistant principal or instructional leader preferred. Masters Degree in educational administration Valid Texas Principal or Mid-Management certification Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser |
| Salary Range: | $88,246 - $121,861 depending on experience 226 work day calendar with flex (vacation days) |
