| Qualifications: | Four-year degree from an accredited university (preferred); Texas Peace Officer license issued by Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Office Standards and Education; Valid Texas drivers license Ten years experience to include a minimum of three years as a law enforcement officer and seven years in a command role (preferred); Direct management experience of personnel to include certified law enforcement officers and non-certified support security personnel; Experience and knowledge of law enforcement department procedures, operations, and State and Federal guidelines Experience in criminal investigations and criminal law |
