| Qualifications: | Five years experience as a Texas School Superintendent, Willingness to reside within the boundaries of the Muenster ISD, Evidence of student and teacher centered decision making, Strong working knowledge of Texas Public School Finance, Evidence of successfully managing, maintaining, and overseeing construction of school facilities, Ability to work in partnership with the Board of Trustees to build a climate of candor, mutual trust, and cooperation, Some experience with bond programs, Having respect for MISD traditions while demonstrating a commitment to the future success of students and staff. |
