| Qualifications: | Education/Certification: Masters degree with valid Texas Mid-Management/Principal certificate Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated skill as instructional leader Multi-level administrative experience or supervision Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Five (5) years of successful principal experience Ten (10) years administrative experience |
