| Qualifications: | Education/Certification/Licensure Masters degree in educational administration from an accredited college or university Texas mid-management/principal certification Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser certification Special Knowledge/Skills Strong communication, public relations, interpersonal, and conflict management skills Proficient use of technology for both administrative and instructional purposes Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and supervision for curriculum and instruction Knowledge to evaluate instructional programs Ability to analyze a wide variety of data to make decisions and recommendations Skills to interpret policy, procedures, and practices Efficiency and fiscal responsibility in budget management Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role |
